• Material: ABS Plus thermoplastic (contact us for color options)
• Maximum part size: 10″
• Accepted file formats: .stl or SolidWorks

Z-Corp Spectrum Z510 PDF

• Material: Z-150 plaster-like specialty powder
• Maximum part size: 10″ x 14″ x 8″ (larger pieces can be built in sections)
• White or full CMYK color
• Accepted file formats: .stl and .ply for white; .3ds and .vrml for color

3D Scanning

NextEngine and Scan Studio

• Maximum part size: 13″ height (larger pieces can be scanned in sections)
• Non reflective, non transparent surface
  
• Exports as .stl
• Maximum DPI is 400

CNC Milling (2D and 3D parts)

Roland MDX-540 PDF

• Materials: Wood, wood composites, foam, wax, plastics, aluminum, brass
• Maximum part size: 19.6” width X 15.7” depth X 6.1” height

CNC Plasma Cutting

Torchmate II PDF

• Materials: Steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheets and steel tubes with an outer diameter between 2 and 8 inches. Note: Some other metals may be able to be plasma cut; contact us for details. No galvanized metals.
• Maximum Part Size: 48″ x 48″
• Pierce Cutting Capacity: 0.75″ thick
• Edge Cutting Capacity: 1.25” thick
• Accepted file formats: Polyarc DXF, monochromatic bitmap or SolidWorks Sketch
